gym was slammed packed! Had an awesome dinner....chicken with broc/cheese/bacon stuffed with turkey bacon wrapped...2 of them suckers with a chocolate topped donught for desert.....God I love bulking! This upcoming week will be my first deload, normally I just take a week off but I always miss the weights...ha.

Default upper and lower deload

Yesterday and today I just did my normal routine (upper 1, and lower 1) and I did a deload session. Pretty smooth, really hard not to throw on more weight but I didn't. I just did 55% of 1 rep max. This is my first working deload, normally I just take a week off. After this I'm going to hit it hard. Upping my calories to 3500 (was 3200). I'm trying to hit 195 then cut. Really focusing on putting some weight up on squat, really all 3 bigs but I need my squat up!

I did a deload upper on Tuesday and took Thursday off!. Back at it tomorrow!

really going to focus on getting my squats up. I was doing a 5x5 which now im switching to a 3x5 pause reps. I need to really need to focus on getting the big 3 up so I have lowered the isolations to 2x10's and moved my big 3 into a strength focus.
