One of my worst workouts! Crappy diet yesterday, high stress (guy got stabbed at work...wtf?). Didn't even want to workout but I did. Just wasn't feeling it. On a positive note I got my dip belt today and a new pair of chucks! Tomorrow I will be doing rack pulls instead of deads after squats! Ill be doing deads after the squats on Thursday. After this week im gonna do a 70% deload week then im going to adjust volume down!

Great workout.....esp after yesterday's shitty performance. I had 125 lbs on the seated calf machine and it felt like 200, lol. Not sure the starting weight but I'm only counting the plates I put on!

Without a spotter the incline dumbbell presses are getting risky to get up. Once I get them up then its smooth sailing for reps. I am determined to hit 100's before I consider moving to hammer strength machine.......
