Great workout and fast. I was in electrical training so I wasn't physically worn down. Rack pulls were smooth and I didn't use straps.

Moved up on my leg presses, upright rows and sit up. Im going to up my deads next week. Overall it was a good workout, something about the combo of deads and dips just gets me pumped (without a pump).

estimated low on my 20 reps for squat but it still gave me a little test. Im moving up on those on OHP next session. Im really sore from the paused benching and the curls were fun.

No curling or calves...the gym was packed with a bunch of fools! I worked 12 hours doing a garden ridge install/re brand then go to the gym so ready to hit it hard and there are people EVERYWHERE! Quarter squats, 10-10lb plates on each side for bench???135lb deadlifts from the time I got there till the time I left...meantally it ruined my mood! I started with squats and 1 warm up set into these 2 guys come up asking how many more so I told them atleast another 20 minutes...so they stand right behind me.....so disappointing!

My diet has been off all week, I've been working 11-13 hr days, terrible sleep and still this session was incredibly easy. Everything felt light. Weird. It also was a fast session. I tried face pulls standing up and I just couldn't get a good footing, just didn't feel right.

Like butter baby. Felt great, went relatively fast. On Sunday no one is in the gym. Moving up on deads, dips and rows next week. Also upping my cals to 3400.
