Default WildBill: Chalk & Barbells

Figured I'd get a new log rolling for the new year, dont really have goals set in stone right now. Just want to keep getting stronger and put on some muscle.

Been following Andy Bolton's cycle techniques for the last 12 weeks or so, been getting some rep PR's but havent tested a new 1RM recently. Kinda been looking at some EliteFTS programs, but think I'll stick to whats been working and gonna plan out a new 8 week cycle and see where I stand starting out 2014.

Thanks for the support man! I been using a basic cycle out of Deadlift Dynamite. Following a progressive overload - adding 5-10lbs each week and working up to a new 5RM. Currently on the last week of my current cycle, then I'll start coming up with a plan for a new 1RM

Got a eBook from EliteFTS, written by Jim Wendler. Its a 12-week program for beginners using the Conjugate System. What turned me on to it, is that the entire program is written out for you, explaining each training day. All the sets, reps, training percents, and assistant work is laid out. Will make a few adjustments to tailor my needs and lack of some equipment being at a commercial gym. Will take a week off and start up next sunday.
