Maybe post them up here first or in the forum somewhere and get one of the lads with more experience with lifting take a look before you go to a chiropractor

Notes
Squats went wonderfully, Military Press went up easier as well as the Deadlift. A slight adjustment in breathing helped with all of them. Interesting how it's the little things that make such a difference.

Thanks man. I've been playing around with stance, just added a belt, and still gotta work on it. It feels solid but I do tend to arch, so hopefully that can be fixed soon.
