Notes
-The new gym is really not good for squats or deadlifts. They use hex plastic plates so the bar cant be rolled into the perfect position, the racks are way to high or low. I have to quarter squat down to be able to pull the weights out and it just felt awkward. I'll do my best to have time to go to my old gym after work.
