I guess one day of light squats isn't enough rest. Deadlifts didn't go well at all, Press wouldn't even go up. Seems like 2-3 lighter sessions might be just the thing i need unfortunately.

A small step back on a very long journey. Recovery is half the battle. You'll come back fresh and stronger. Once the fatigue has rescinded your fitness will shine.
