Default Body Transformation Contest

Age: 64

Height: 64

Weight: 230

Goal: Reduce weight, gain lean muscle and avoid injuries

Workout plan:
** Weights - 3 days a week, split workout
** Cardio - 4 days a week on stationary bike for 30-40 minutes
** Eat six small meals a day

I will give a weekly progress report on Saturday of each week.

I think your post count has to be some arbitrary amount (or higher) before you can do that. Might be 50(?).

There's a thread here which is set up for bumping your own post count, basically. You could use that (just post whatever - really!) or yeah, there's a lot of threads you could post in, be they about life stuff, humour, training, diet, supplements... or there's always other people's logs, I guess.

Whatever takes your fancy. Of course, if BtB sees this, he might just bump your post count for you anyway. But until then, or in case he doesn't...

Also make sure the file size and resolution fits with the forum, or they won't upload. Make sure they aren't larger than 1600x1600.
