Cardio Day 8: 20th Jan 2014

Stationary Bike
12.2 miles in 50 minutes

Decided to check progress with a bicep shot instead of the weight

But seriously, the Navy Bodyfat calculator puts me around a bodyfat of 19% at this stage, which sounds about right. Few more lbs and I will get to my initial goal of 13-14% range.

Had to grind out the sets. I was feeling very low, energy-wise. Will head off to bed early. A long day coming up, with a 2 hour taekwondo session at the end.

Ended up with some cramps in the left calf. Hope this goes away before the lifting session tomorrow.

I do hope you are keeping yourself hydrated throughout the day ... You are doing some quite strenuous sessions ... Keep up the great work brother ...
