I was literally swamped for the last two days. Could not get to the gym, which was a pity, since finally after going low carb, my energy levels seem to be rising (and weight falling!!) ... but oh, well. There are more important things in life.

Ended this phase of lifting weighing in at 175.4 lbs. That is approximately 19 lbs this year. I think I will have to revise my opinion of ketoish diet. Once the body gets used, the energy levels start rising. Nonetheless, this is a superb one for quick fat loss - may not be a long term solution.

Anyway, as I was cleaning my apartment, I thought I will take a final set of progress pics. A couples of "relaxed" shots -

And some "flexed" shots.

So, after few months of lifting, the changes are -

Neck: 16" -> 16"
Chest: 41" --> 41.5"
Waist: 37.5" --> 32"
Arms: 14.75" --> 15"
Weights: 194 lbs --> 175 lbs
BF%: 23% --> 14% (Using the Navy method)

BF% is probably inaccurate. But then, the starting estimate was also using the same method, hence equally inaccurate. What matters in the end is that progress was made.

At this point, it's time for a 4 week trip (and about 6 weeks break from forums).

Thanks everyone who followed the log. Will be back, hitting it hard around mid-September (hopefully )
