* The plan was to do 3-5 singles with 155 (depending on how it felt). 155 felt good. So I just added the 5 lbs on each side and went for a shot at 165. It wasn't easy; it wasn't pretty; it was a grinder, but I got it nonetheless.

Unplanned PR, but I will take it
Clean and Press immediate goal reached.

The rows PR involved lowering reps, but still happy how (relatively) comfortable 215 felt, although by the 4th set form was sh!t

Tomorrow is cardio day.

Messed up a bit today, lol. Decided to take a power nap in the evening for 30 minutes, then go lift. Well, I guess I was more tired than I realized, and woke up with about 10 minutes left for the gym to close.

So no lifting today. Really wanted this session, because tomorrow I will be out of town the whole day, and may not be able to get in a session. Same situation on Sunday as well
