Cardio Day 7: 17th Jan 2014

Taekwondo
2 hours

Slept 2 hours at night since I had an impeding deadline. Couldn't get much time to eat either since previous night's lunch. So I am pretty pleased to get through the 2 hours of taekwondo after all that.

Celebrated with cheese balls, chicken wings, crab and corn chowder soup, garlic bread and few slices of an extra large meat sampler pizza.

That was last night. Woke up today morning to find that I have shaved off 4 lbs in last 16 days.

Man that is a lot of work per session! Awesome job. Excellent weight loss lately. I need some of that mojo. My weight hasn't budged in two weeks.

Touchwood, its going good. And so far I haven't even kept diet in check.

Speaking of diet, just finished a very late lunch. Half dozen Scotch eggs, egg salad with extra mustard, sourdough bread and a big chunk of Godiva chocolate. Time to burp happily and sleep.
