Taekwondo session went great last night ... until at the end of it, I tried one spinning kick too many, landed awkwardly and pulled a hammy.

Hammie is a lot better. But I am still going to take it easy for a while. Will start lifting tomorrow, benching, machine rows and ... hehehe arm work and light leg curls (just testing)
