Hahaha, sorry for disappointing, gentlemen, but no videos. Things went a tad awry Every year, they would have belly dancing - so I thought there would be some this year too. But, apparently the belly dancers were students - who finally graduated - and hence all we had was good food, and traditional folk dances.

(195 felt pretty good, 175 x 2 was easy too)

(squats were not easy, but neither were they grinders)

Overall, I am a bit surprised by how the session went. I noted the time - I was able to finish it all in 62-63 minutes !!

I don't know if its the high reps that's helping, or whether missing a workout resulting in an extended rest that helped, or both. But the session felt damn good.
