Haha thanks Ravi. No deadlifts today - my deadlift volume is quite low, only 1x a week.

Hectic few days ... managed only a 2 hour nap, and skipped a bunch of meals. Tried to compensate with a heavy dinner of rice, bread and 1.25 lbs of chicken. This was followed by 2 cups of coffee and an hour of youtube. The day culminated with the workout.

Surprisingly, despite lack of sleep and food, high reps felt just fine. I felt I had 3-4 more reps after the squats, which can only be good.

That's some pretty strong volume and wts. Pratik specially on Squats as you did it in last after all that working ... ... And you still had some reps in tank ... Progression = WIN ... keep up the great work brother ...
