Hi all, new to this forum.

I'm soon to be 33 years old, am 5'10 and usually weigh around 100kgs / 220lbs.

I've been trying to strength train as best I can for approx 3 years, started with Starting Strength and then switched to 5/3/1 which I have stuck with for 2 years.

Current best 1RM lifts below, nothing special but looking to improve these during 2014:

Squat: 175kg
Deadlift: 192.5kg
Bench: 120kg
SOHP: 77.5kg
Push Press: 100kg

I'm looking forward to being part of the MAB community!

No training as of yet, as I have no access to the gym until the 2nd January. I have spent some of today writing up my training cycle for the next month. Can't wait to get back to it.

Thanks. The game is called Altered Beast, I think I remember playing it on the Sega Master System, so it's pretty old.
