Started slow and heavy but felt good by the top set. The back offs were done with a pause at the bottom. Those were tough.

Yea, always have to be happy with a PR, even if it's only one more rep.

Weekends away are tough on the training since those are the days I'm not as rushed and can get it in earlier in the day, which I prefer. Another weekend away this week as well, so I'm going to try to make the most of my weekdays.

even if it wasn't a great session, it will still provide stimulus.
