i have recently switched from full body to upper/lower and like it as well. it all depends on the rest of my schedule and how many days I can guarantee in the gym each week.
Thanks, yea - I've been happy with the last few.

I have mostly done an upper lower split, mostly for time reasons. Every now and then I give the full body approach another try, but then end up going back to the split. I should just stick to what works for me.

Gold!

If everyone did that, we'd all save time and make better progress!

Back from a week off. I did one full body day a few days ago with deload weights, not worth posting. Did today with 8's as the rep goal, and the extra volume at lower intensity was probably the right thing for today. Conditioning superset was done with a little extra rest and a lighter KB. Nice re-entry.
