Thanks a lot BTB, will keep that in mind!

---------------

Workout A - 5/01/2014

There's a reason why my camera was so cheap. The damn battery sucks... i filmed the whole squat workout (total of 17 minutes with my girlfriend) and it was dead right after the first set of bench press.

Squats: 5x5 @ 95 kg: This was a light lift, so i focused on depth and technique. Rest time between sets was kept in under 60-70 seconds to kick it up a notch. Overall felt great, but a light weight for me.

Paused Bench 5x5 @ 80 kg: Once again, lightish weight, comparing to my previous working weight. This time with a twist, paused 1 second with bar on the chest and then lifted back up again.. (I did the last set with 90 kg hehe but don't tell anyone)

Overhead Press 5x5 @ 50 kg: On my first workout A, i was depleted after benchpress but this time, i lifted those 50 kg like they were nothing, even threw a couple of 60 kg presses in the middle.

Close Grip Bench 3x10 @ 50 kg: Speed work for the triceps, but keeping always strict form.

Smith-Machine Calf Raises 3x10 @ 60 kg: Nothing much to say, except the smith machine is gay

Sorry i have been away, couldn't update my log.

Workout A and it went smooth.

Gym as packed so i couldn't film 90% of my workout, including squats, but still great day.

Squats 5x5 - 95 (maintained my weight but still light, going for 97.5 next)

Bench 5x5 - 85 kg (the pt told me i was using a 25 kg bar, but i wasent sure, so it's either 85 or 90 kg paused bench)

OHP 5x5 - 50 kg, light weight

Close bench - 3x10 50 kg

Smith Machine calf raises 3x10 - 60 kg

Finally got the deadlift:

Goal for the end of the month: 350 kg (771 lbs) total weight lifted

I think it's doable!

Included some of my girlfriend lifts

Today's workout A:

97.5 kg Squat 5x5 - 60 secs rest in between - My coach wanted me to start looking up when lifting, i was not used to this, plus the little rest time so i did not hit my usual depth. They were still valid squats, but not perfect depth wise. Since my weight only increases on a weekly basis i still have one more workout to correct this.

85 kg BP 5x5 - 60 secs rest as well - Hurt my hand on the third set as you will see. It's all good now, continued with the training anyway. F*** quiting!

52.5 kg OHP 5x5 - Not much to say really, my strongest lift and witht his lighter weight it's all good. Only included one clip as it's not relevant.

50 kg Close Bench 3x10 - Same old same old

20 kg Santing Calf Raises on a 10 cm deficit - All i have to say is 20 kg is nothing

Hope you guys enjoy!

Sorry for the long video!
