Honestly, I really think I've noticed a generous difference in my game endurance since supplementing beta alanine and citrulline malate. So for anyone interested in those supps, I believe they hold value in both intense cardio and weight training.

Thanks for the encouragement guys but my deadlift still sucked this week! lol

Hitting the gym in about an hour for bench day. Hopefully will have a good session, but if not I can look forward to deloading next week.
