Thanks all! I may try just a tad closer and see what happens. Its really not wide for most people though(pinkies on rings). But my competition close grip is index finger right by the smooth.

8/18 - Monday - Bench Accessory

Started the rule of 50 on some assistance. On another note my hockey team came back from 0-4 to win 5-4 in a shootout and advanced to the championship game!

DB Incline

Well, its usually just one game a week so I'd say it benefits my program as a whole because its pretty intense cardio! I notice when Im playing every week i stay leaner and soften up a bit when I go a while without playing.
