Nice improvement on squats. If you watch the video you can see my face getting red about to explode! And sorry about the title at the beginning. Stupid youtube editor cuts it off!

Also, go ahead and make fun of me for using 1.25 lb plates. I'm kind of OCD about being as close to the weight I can be.

Thanks guys! And of course those arent running shoes! lol I use Rogue Do-Wins for all my squatting and wrestling shoes for all my pulling. Using olympic shoes for my squat has been wonderful. Can't imagine squatting flat footed again.

1/3 - Friday - Bench C1W2

Not as weak as I thought I'd be from fighting off this stomach bug lately. Still, had to call it a day after doing all the compound lifts due to getting a little nauseated. Depending on how I feel tomorrow I may do some auxiliary exercises and some cardio. Still don't have all my my appetite back. Wasnt able to eat solid food for over 30 hours during new years eve/new years.
