Default MrInda training log

Going to start tracking my workouts here for anyone who cares to follow and give feed back. A little about my training experience..been lifting over a year but only squatting deadlifting and benching for about 7 months now. Before I was just doing weighted dips, chins, rows, db shoulder press and leg press mostly. I'm currently running icf 5x5 full body 3 times a week alternating between these two sessions .... Workout a- squat 5x5. Bench Press 5x5
Barbell Row 5x5
Barbell Shrug 3x8
Skullcrusher 3x8
Chins 3x5-8
or Striaght Bar/Incline Curl 3x8
Hyperextention 2x10
Kneeling Cable Crunch 3x10-20

Workout B
Squat 5x5
Deadlift 1x5
Standing Press 5x5
Barbell Row 5x5 -10%
CGBP 3x8
Straight Bar or Incline Curl 3x8
Kneeling Cable Crunch 3x10-20 My current lifts in the main compounds are squat 255 3x5 , bench 180- 5x5 deadlift 290 x 5 ohp 135 5x4. My current goal is to hit the milestones for a set of five so that would be 315 squat- 225 bench and 405 deadlift and graduate into intermediate territory lol. Current stats are 160 at 5-7"8ish

5x5 squats 3x a week were starting to feel a bit much so I reset the weight and will be doing 3x5 for squats from now on . Also reset barbell rows down to 155. Here was my Monday and Wednesday (today) workout. Monday- squats 230 3x5 bench 185-5x5 barbell row 155 5x5 skull crushers 65 3x12 chinups bw + 30 3x5 shrugs 265 3x8 back extensions bw + 30 2x10. Wednesday- squats 235 3x5 ohp 135 -5 5 5 5 4 deadlift 2351x5 (reset these way back to dial in form better). Barbell row 160 5x5 cgbp-165 3x6 inclined. Curl 35 lbs 3x8.
