Superpumpin'

Workout Time: 64 minutes

Workout Grade: A

Hammered out my first workout with my Versa Gripps. Booyah! Made life much easier. Knocked out deadlifts in double overhand style, and felt strong as Crom. Tried to knock out 20 reps on Sumo Deads, but that may be a while.

Gaspari Superpump250 saved me again today. This stuff just elevated my workout to a whole new level. I also had a back pump, which reinforced that it was working its mojo. The back pump wasn't brutal, like the ones I receive from creatine, but it made life tricky on DB rows.

Supplement Plan:

See, you can do more than 10 reps. These high rep finish sets are going to be good. Drop it into passing gear, and lets go! Friday, 20 rep finish set from me. Somewhere between 150-200. I'll see what I pull for worksets.
