Nice work on the deads PR. I notice that the last set on rows (Yates as well as T-Bar) you get more reps than the 3rd one. Is that intentional, or you couldnt go beyond rep 3 on the 3rd set?

That's one of the oddities about the rest structure I use. After the first set, the reps drop. But deeper into the sets, the reps start to come back. When I do 7 sets in this style, my rests are often:

30/30/60/60/90/120

This seems to allow me a pretty even rep spread per set.

Haha, its not that much different in Iowa either. Gym and lab, both being less than 1.5 miles from my apartment, I almost always walk/jog there - and feel the dryness in its full force.
