Just got some good news today! I have been added to the roster for the Arnold Classic and will be joining the big stage with my training partners Zac Whalen and Steve Flaming. I had planned to do a Pro-am a week after in TN but I think this will be good. Meet prep will start this week

Today was the start of meet prep from the Arnold. Didn't get crazy, so I done some sumo pulls in briefs. I haven't pulled heavy sumo in a few months and have only pulled sumo one time a week ago to just mess around with some light weight. I pull conventional because my sumo sucks so it was a nice change to pull sumo

Sumo pulls- warm ups- 225 x 3, 315 x 3, 405 x 2
working sets- 455 x 1, 495 x 1, 545 x 1, 595 x 1, 635 x 1, 655 x 1

Walking lunges- empty safety squat bar x 20 each leg
Safety squat bar + 50lbs= ~120lbs x 20 each leg x 2 sets

Reverse Hyper- ~200lbs x 12 x 3 sets

Band leg curls- 2 sets x 25

Glute ham- 2 sets x 12

Decline Bench sit ups- 3 sets x 15

Everything felt good tonight. Was pretty tired after the deadlifts, probably because some of them were a struggle and its been a while pulling sumo.

Here is a link to the video of tonights sumo's

Yeah, it will be fun watching all the big guys on Saturday. Us little fellas lift on Friday, so I'll actually be able to pay attention on Saturday to whats going on without my meet blinders on.
