you'll adapt to volume and, training two days per week, you'll have time to grow and still come to the gym hungry for weights!

Yes, switching to a higher rep full body can get taxing initially, but you will adapt easily enough over the first couple of weeks.
Thanks, man. Good to hear.

We'll see! I'm debating throwing in some weighted dips and chins on one of the 3 days I have off between Friday and Tuesday. There's some playground equipment down the road from me. Why not?

I didn't get a lot to eat this morning so I suffered for it a bit today by being weak and light-headed. I skipped sit-ups but was able to hit everything else on my list despite one guy hogging the floor to do baby DLs for a half hour (most of his time was spent resting).

Military Press
8xbar
10x50
9x50
6x50kg

Deadlift
8x60
5x80
2x10x110
8x110kg

Weighted Pull-ups
5xbody weight
3x6x(body weight +10kg = ~115.5kg)

Leg Press
10x40
3x10x60kg

EZ bar Curls
3x10x30kg (plus whatever the EZ bar weighed)

Another plus of this higher-rep program is that I need less of a warm up. Just one or two sets does the trick. So far.

OK, back to the village!

I've been away from my log for a few weeks now, but I haven't been away from the gym! Check out my new and improved log here: Twice a Week, Twice the Recovery!
