I just started 'big' and so far, it's kicking my ass but I love it!

Monday 25th November.

2x 8 bar
2x 8 30kg
4x 40kg
4x 45kg
6x 50kg (meant to be 8 but just couldnt)
3x 8 50kg (meant to be 52.5kg but scaled down a little)

Narrow stance
3x 8 35/40/40kg

Leg ext/hamstring curl superset
3x 20 of each.

Tuesday 26th November.

I'm choosing to do some cardio on my "rest" days because I am in desperate need of being able to increase my cardio fitness.


20ish minutes on the dreadmill. Inclines and stuff.
Goblet squats and dumbbell lunges.

Lots of stretching because I hurt.

Thanks! It's a lot different to the only other structured training I've done (netball) but I'm loving it.

Close grip
4x 10 25kg

Kaz press (this is new and maybe a wee bit confusing)
Meant to be 4x 8 but that didn't quite happen

3x 8 bar
7 bar

Tricep ext
4x10 8kg

Then I decided it might be fun to do some work on the rowing machine so;

250m sprint
250m steady
200m sprint
200m steady
150m sprint
150m steady
200m sprint

Lots of stretching.

I feel like it's difficult to get anywhere with bench but I know the day I finally bench a plate, I'll probably eat my weight in food, to celebrate!

Strong numbers! You will get used to the Kaz Press, it is definitely a different movement at first.
