Tuesday 7th January.

Deadlifts
2 x 5 60kg
5 x 65kg
5 x 70kg
5 x 75kg
5 x 80kg
5 x 85kg

Seated row
8 x 25kg
8 x 30kg
8 x 35kg
6 x 40kg

Seated leg curl
20 x 15kg
20 x 17.5kg
2 x 20 x 20kg

Leg extension
3 x 20 x 15kg
20 x 17.5kg

Leg ext and leg curl were superset.

Deadlifts felt much better today and I have some rather dark, new bruises to prove I wasn't straight leg lifting, as I have been having issues with.

I thought I'd add this to my log today because it kinda shows what I've achieved, aside form my lifts.

I am considering doing the transformation challenge but this is from last Jan to this Jan.

Thanks!

I was curious and did the maths...

40kg is 88% of my current touch and go max and 94% of my paused max. So that's kinda cool.

Friday 10th January

Squats
10 x 20kg
6 x 40kg
6 x 50kg
4 x 60kg
3 x 4 67.5kg (huge massive ginormous pr)

Paused squats
4 x 6 45kg

Today was amazing. Belted and everything felt good. Really really good. Could have done more reps at 67.5kg but I'm out dancing tonight.

I should note 67.5kg is 90% of my current one rep max. So that's amazing.
