Thursday 8th May

Pilates class.

This thing is hard! So much ab work and loads of Tricep stuff. After yesterday, it hurt!

Was thinking about deadlifting but life got in the way, so I'll do that tomorrow. That's my scheduled day anyway

1 x 87.5kg
1 x 87.5kg (failed the second rep)
2 x 80kg

Wide stance
5 x 5 x 50kg

Lying leg curl
4 x 10 x 7.5kg

Leg press
5 x 85kg
5 x 90kg
10 x 95kg
