Monday 24th March

Hack squat machine
2 x 5 with 40kg on it

Squats
4 x 20kg
4 x 50kg
10 x 5 x 57.5kg (I randomly paused some of these)

Paused squats
5 x 5 x 40kg

Leg curl
5 x 5 x 45kg

Leg extension
5 x 35kg, 35kg, 37.5kg, 40kg, 42.5kg

My head was not in the game today. Could not plant my feet, kept accidentally pausing. Just out of it. I'm also pretty sure my legs are still recovering from the weekend
