I have a feeling my lack of strength today is due to training in the morning, on an empty stomach. It's been nearly twelve hours since I ate so I'm hoping that's the issue and it's easy fixed. Will try to make a do over of this over the weekend.

"smoke" is not quite the word I'd use! Struggle is slightly more apt in this instance.
