on the plus side, a strong RDL is a great supplement to DLs and, when you dial in your DL form, you will probably pull some crazy weight!

So tight in the hips and knees for the first few sets, then things loosened up and it went well. Probably need to stretch a bit more before I get started.

I watched a lot of deadlift videos on youtube this weekend and picked up a few pointers, then just practiced without the bar. Today I put it into practice. I concentrated on driving with the legs and getting the hips low. Quite a difference from last week. No pain in the back or hips and the weight felt light and under control. I finished up with a PR and felt I could have gone higher, but didn't want to push it yet. Here are a couple if videos. Pass along any comments.
