Week 13, Day 2/3 (been sick all week, still am)

135x 5 ...realized here that reps would be the death of me so turned into as heavy as I could manage day ! Had my nose running onto my face and back into my head on these, and can say it was VERY distracting!

285x 0 ...figured why not go for a PR, lol. If I was healthy and not still a little used up from the meet I'd have hit this! Got little more than halfway up and just ran out of push! Won't be long!

260x 1 ...vid. Figured after how the 285 felt this wouldn't be too hard as long as the miss didn't completely drain me, and I got it!

Military Press

155x 1 ...nothing awesome, just some ok shoulder work!

Power Shrugs
525x 5 PR ...vid. Just loaded the big plates on and went for it. Not my greatest reps, but did them pretty well considering I was out of energy before I even started lifting today.

Done! Worked up a sweat which was my main goal hoping it'd push the sickness out of me. Nothing really great about today, but since I'm sick I did well. Very happy that I know I can still hit a 280 bench and probably more once recovered. Felt I had lost some strength, but evidentially not. I have lost strength on Military Press, but considering I haven't been training it at all for a long time, I'm not sad. Good days work!
