Monday and Wednesday - Accessory

Friday 5/9/14
Bench - Bad head cold and feel like shit. Limited overall volume and accessory work
Full range - slight pause
135 X 12
185 X 10
225 X 5
315 X 5
335 X 5
365 X 4
425 X 3* should have went for 4. These felt pretty good, especially feeling like shit
Add sling shot - and 1 board
455 X 8* PR- cause I've never used the sling shot and board together

CGBP
365 X 8 - 2 board press
315 X 11 - off chest

DB Roll Backs
55 X 15
65 X 12
Called it here - gonna get some rest. Happy that I was able to at least salvage my bench training for the night

Hey Skids, how you been brother? Thanks for asking about me. Im still powerlifting but it's been a rough 6 months or so. I've maintained or improved on some but went down a little on other lifts. I think I may start logging again.
