No, since I was at the gym and planned to not have any heavy pulling exercises, I didn't bring any. I will be using it today though.

Inlince BB Bench- 95x6, 135x5, 135x5, 135x5 **
CG Bench- EPIC FAIL ??? ***
Kroc Rows- 45x10, 60x10, 60x10 ****
Curls- Crazy 8 gay ass magazine shit with my friend

Notes
* I cant do math while im working out (although its my best subject in school). I wanted to do 295x5, but whatever. That would explain why it felt a lot harder than i thought it would. It still was fairly easy though.
**Havent done this in a long time. Felt easy. I used a wide grip and liked it (compared to my fairly close bench grip).
***Last time i must have used a different bar. I had no motivation for these. FAIL. Ill get back to it next week
**** Weight Was Easy

Random Other Notes
-Used Chalk For the 1st time. It helped a lot.
-Monday and/or Tues i'll be lifting with my cousin, who has a Full Ride scholarship to a D3 school for football. He's 6'5" 340ish so it should be fun. Hes squated 600+ (broke his leg in Fball so got red shirted and hasnt got lower body strength all the way back yet). THIS WILL CAUSE THE WEEK TO BE DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IS SCHEDULED.

There are different bars at the gym. Last time I thing I used the thin one(there only 1 of those). This time I used one of the thicker bars and it must weigh more.

I'll have to drop the weight down.
