All aboard monks crazy train
Ok so it's about time I took things a step further and started a log, iv always wanted to just never got round to doing it, iv only ever kept track of my last week using my phone so il start with a little bit about me.
I'm currently using the 4 day Power Muscle Burn routine, love the variation it gives and I love the burn sets, been on it for about 6 month or so and still enjoying it.
Weight this morning was 216lbs, on 3500 cals a day, I don't take any supplements, my diet consists of beans,eggs,milk,tuna,chicken,rice,pasta,cheese,cot tage cheese and fruit, I have nothing against supplements I just prefer to eat.
Il start my log with this mornings session and would welcome any advice, critique etc.

Incline DB Bench Press
38kg-83lbs 2x8 1x6
Bw + 15kg-33lbs 3x10
High cable flys 20kg-44lbs 1x40
Med cable flys 20kg-44lbs 1x40
DB Pinwheel Curls
Standing BB Curl
EZ Bar Preacher Curl
Wide grip 1x40
Close grip 1x40
3 mile bike ride home.
Overall good session.

All in one day mate, start with power sets, then muscle then destroy whatever's left with burn sets :)
