Strong on the OHP Josh! I haven't lifted heavy on that one in a while! I too love heavy CG! One of my favorite lifts.

Sounds like a food PR may have happened as well? Get healthy and smash it in 2014!!

Notes:
Knocked this out in less than 45 minutes.
Went to my dads for new years eve, realized we were about to feast, basically said I'll be back in an hour and went home and smashed this out. Why? OCD, that's why!

OHP felt good. That last rep on that heavy set was difficult, but I hit it. I won't add more than 2.5lbs on the OHP at any one time from here on out.

Without any rest I went straight into the DB lateral/rear delt raise superset. Usually I do not superset these 2 lifts, but for time reasons I went for it.

Almost called it there but I said screw it and kept going. Nailed my CGBP goal. I love that lift.

I skipped the usually incline lying tricep extenstions for a giant band pushdown drop set. I did a bunch of drops using various combinations of bands and tensions for as many reps as possible. This isn't something I would do regularly, but it was a lot of fun. It blew my triceps up. I felt like Teh Arnold.

Good times.
I then proceeded to go back to my Dad's and feast like an obese middle class king.

I'm not going to whine again this week about pull ups. As my Bodyweight is going up, my pull ups are going down. I think part of the problem is I need to warm up with maybe some rack chins or something.
Rows went well. If I continued to bulk I could see these easily creeping up about 225.
I felt good hitting shrugs again. No added back discomfort that I noticed.

Great work Josh! I'm the same way with pull ups, very hard to go crazy at the start of the workout. Normally I'd do them after deads, not sure if you're doing those cause of your back. But a set or two of rows or shrugs should warm you up and stretch you out plenty. Seems pull ups are a goal of yours so stay positive, they'll come! Also liked seeing negatives ! Hope you had a good birthday, smash on!
