5/3/1, C2W2, SNATCH/CLEAN:

warmup:
you guys should know this by now right?

1. Seated Box Jump/Med Ball Throw:
5x3

2. Power Snatch (first rep from floor, proceeding reps from hang):
Bar x 8, muscle snatch
95 x 5
120 x 3
140 x 3
155 x 2, 2, 2

3. Power Clean (all reps from floor):
155 x 3
185 x 3
200 x 2, 2, 2

Session Grade: 80%
Notes:
Was pretty wiped out from last night's session, and with no recovery day in between, I decided to just take things light and easy today. Only did the explosive work, the real focus of the day, and left the accessory pressing and squatting out.

Nah, not really Ravi. After talking to a couple of Oly guys, for where all of my other lifts are at, I should be power snatching 200+ at least and power cleaning 250+ bare minimum. Lots of work to do....
