Return To Smallville: A Log With A Beard

Nursing a semi-major glute tear. Going to spend the next 4-6 months doing more volume work while running a stricter eating plan.

Still working out the split. Will likely do a 4 day on, 1 day off approach using a HLM rotation for body parts.

Will add in my workout when I finish designing it.

Back and Shoulders

Went light. Testing the glute and the exercises, as I have not performed them in close to 3 years.

Glute was tender but did not prevent me from working either lift properly.

I alternated between OHP sets and barbell row sets.
