January 14th, 2014

Deadlifts were strong. Tried max singles without 10 minutes. Went easy on barbell rows to test them out. For some reason they tend to bother my knee. Everything went ok.

Just fell short of a running PR.

Used bulldozer training for the workout. My back is already sore.

Deadlifts

500 x 11 reps in 10 minutes

Barbell Rows - Rest: 30/30/60/60/90/120

225 x 8/5/4/4/4/5/5 - 35 total reps

Inverted Rows - Rest: 30/30/60/60

Bodyweight x 7/4/4/4/4 - 23 total reps

EZ Bar Curls - Rest: 30/30/60/60/90/120

75 x 10/7/6/6/6/6/7 - 48 total reps

Cardio

Running - 1.22 miles in 20 minutes, just shy of a PR

Stepper - 10 minutes
