Definitely hope it's a short term thing, mate. That kind of active recovery looks solid though.

Progress.

These are the heaviest squats I've been able to do since the glute tear. They felt very good; no issues at all. Having squatted only a few days ago, I wasn't sure what to expect, but the frequency seems to be helping right now.

Form was really good too. Back in the groove.

I am going to try and squat at least every 2-3 days right now until healed. I won't push weight, but will let it come to me slowly.

High rack pull and shrug combination was ridiculously easy. I manhandled the bar. Should be back overt 700 in no time.

Buffalo Bar Squats
