October 26th 2013

Testing my glute. Felt ok on high rack pulls. Next week I will try low rack pulls. Might try to do some light squats tomorrow.

Strength is down on one arm dumbbell rows. Need to work on this. Weakness is weakness. There is no excuse to let any body part slide.
