OK been super busy this week. Sleep is still awesome, feel as I'm leaning out a bit. I did change my macros a bit but still feel the Recycle is hardening me up a little. Workouts and recovery have been great. I'm currently sitting at 182lbs. Ready to rip into the second bottle.



Mid point review:

I really like the Recycle, it's hardening effects on the muscles are great I seem fuller. The sleep is uncompared to any other product I have tried. Slight aggression increase which is great when working out. And I seem to be leaning out but weight is holding around the same as when I started. Recycle is a must have!!

Figured I would post up todays numbers. Weights are slowly going up and body weight is slowly going down. Didn't sleep for crap last night, about mid day Sunday I started getting a mid lower back crap and lasted all night till I took a muscle relaxer and a motrin 800, then it went away. Still had a great work out and got a nice pump.

Well I'm down two pounds and weights are holding if not slightly increasing. Still loving the nice deep sleep and great recovery.

Well with my boy's in wrestling meets the last few day it has really kept me busy. My oldest son which is in his first year of wrestling won his frist match Friday night. gotta say we were both happy as can be. He then lost his next two. Saturday's are all day meets and he went undefeated! 4-0 and got his first medal! As for the Recycle still working pretty good, nice deep sleep, a bit more definition, a little more vascularity mostly in my arms. I'm off from work on Monday so will weigh up again on Tuesday.
