10-8-13- RE Bench-
1. 2bd close grip- warmup, 225/20 x 2, 225/24 x1
2. Cambered bar OHP- 5 x 10
3. Side raises- 4 x 10 each
4. Prehab and rotator work stuff

My numbers have been down after a pretty bad pec tear a few years ago. Right now I am just wanting to get back to where I was, the only lift I have PR'd in a meet in two years is my squat and that was just 10 pds. My raw/classic meet PR's are 610/501/675. The 675 was in a push pull, 661 is my best 3 lift meet dead PR. My best meet lifts over the past two years are 610/460/650. I am gonna have to get my bodyweight up to get back to where I was, right now I am 245, was 258 at my strongest. My next meet will be around springtime and I am gunning for 625/475/675+.

10-9-13- ME S/D-
1. Zercher Squats- warmup, 225/3, 275/3 315/1, 365/1, 405/1(biceps will be sore tommorrow)
2. SLDL- 245/6 x 3
3. Lunges with back leg elevated-3 x 10 each
4. Ab work

Thanks guys, I have been a little dissappointed in my lifting the past couple years, getting older has a lot to do with it I think, but I plan on putting it together for a good one this spring. I am gonna try to start getting some videos on here, my training partner is gonna work on it, as I am not too computer saavy.

10-11-13- ME Bench-
1. Incline press with 2" axle bar- warmup, 155/3, 205/3, 245/3, 295/1, 335/1, 340/1(felt I had more in me, but no training partner today to spot, so called it at that)
2. Band push-ups- 2 x 20
3. Pull-ups/pull-aparts(sprset)- 3 x 10/12 each
4. Shrugs- 3 x 10
5. Biceps- 3 x 10
