Not had chance to update last couple of days so here is the last w/o from this week...

Clean and Press
Bar x lots
32.5kg x 3
42.5kg x 3
55kg x 3, 3, 2

Just couldnt get the 3rd rep in the last set, but it was up 2.5kg across the board so still happy with it.

Squats
60kg x 5
80kg x 5
100kg x 8, 6, 6

These felt good, upped the amount of reps on the working sets by a total of 4 so happy with that

Snatch Grip BHTNP (Seated no back rest)
Bar x 10
32.5kg x 10, 8

up 2.5kg so again happy with progression

Bench Press
40kg x 5
50kg x 5
60kg x 7, 6, 6

Extra reps here

DB Rows
25kg x 10, 10

Program doesnt ask for these but I really like the move and figure they are not as heavy on the lower back as other rows so should be fine

Overall pretty pleased with the session. I knew I wouldnt be in the gym again for a few days so didnt mind pushing it a bit harder... looking forward to the next session, but it wont be till after the weekend, so i may just stay warm with a few pull ups/push ups in the house in the eman time
