Default stronglifts 5x5

going to give 5x5 a shot .can you do press up s and sit up s on your days of or just do after the work out . a no abs are done when doing squats deadlift and barbell rows . can you do 3 or 4 sets of press ups and 3 or 4 sets of abs maybe 15 to 20 reps

Yes. As long as you get the food in but i'm pretty sure you won't need press ups when you're benching 2 or 3 plates so they might interfere with recovery

you use your core a lot when you are doing squats and deads actually. but ya id skip the press ups but go ahead and do abs
