Been sick since Sunday and haven't lifted since Monday. I am supposed to be taking a couple of deload weeks so I guess the timing could have been worse. Heading to the gym today to do a combined dl/shoulder workout. Nothing special, just going through the motions to try and keep the soreness down upon my return to "heavy" lifting.


EDIT- Never made it to the gym. Just didn't have it in me.

11/24/13 De-load squat day. Been sick all week so the timing couldn't have been better. Nice, easy day to kep the soreness away when I return to some heavy lifting.

Thanks, Elite! I'm not sure on how to actually do a deload, so I just did a little less weight and far fewer reps/sets than usual.
