bench press-BTB's rep goal system- made my rep goal last week, so I went up by 5lbs this week. Holy crap, what a difference 5lbs makes, lol.

I popped something in my foot at my new job assignment and, as a precaution, I have been avoiding squats and deads. I hope to be able to return to them next week. My new job is much more physical than my last one and, as an extra bonus (and without cutting calories), I have lost 15lbs since taking it.
