Thanks, Rich! It does help. When I decided to do this meet a couple of weeks ago, I thought I was going to have to be satisfied with a 275lb dl (all I could dl without straps at the time), but now I know can do a little better than that.

Weigh in finished. Openers will be 315 on bench and 350 on dl. I hope to finish with a pr in at least one of them. Gym bag is packed. Pb&j sammiches are made. Powerades are on ice. Gonna watch a movie and then it's off to bed with my fat arse.

Ever known someone who had to cut weight to make SHW? Well now you do. I've been pounding creatine like crazy since I decided to do this meet and it put me over the 400lb capacity of their scales. The dude thought I was kidding when I told him he didn't have enough scale for the job, lol.
